RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
What is your return policy?
Hopefully you love everything you have purchased, but if something does not work out, we’re here to help!
All purchases may be exchanged within 7days. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Note: All items must be returned with any original packaging, including any tags the item came with.
Please see below for exceptions & rules:
- Worn items, washed items, or items damaged by customer will not be accepted for return.
- Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
- If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.
- Final Sale items will not be accepted for REPLACE
How do I start a REPLACE?
- We ask that if you wish to replace an item purchased that you return the item using the same packaging that it was delivered with. All returns are subject to evaluation by Mommygaroo Boutique staff.
- When mailing a return:
- Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse!
- Please provide either the original receipt or include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package.
Only exchange:
- Must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Once an order has been placed, we can’t edit the address you’ve entered or the items within the order.
Your Refund is processed to your bank account and can’t be processed to the third party account.
